[The real benefit of being here is having any insomnia cured (for one night), who needs wishes.

Anyways, there isn't anything wrong with the lodgings kitchen, so breakfasts can go by peacefully!]

[Well, there's a lot of baked goods as usual but nothing actually weird or off here, so searching elsewhere might be a better option if he's body searching!]

[Having been thoroughly lectured on attempting to cook for himself, Suga heads to the bakery for breakfast. Surely no one would ruin the pastries with murder?]

[There's nothing near the clock tower, but you can see that it appears to be 8:00 right now!]

[ For some reason there's a small tower of books in the archives doorway...? ]

[ Nageki's fast asleep in one of the first floor's reading areas, beak dangerously close to the book he had open. ]

[Well, since he's been conscripted into building a bird catapult, he's off to the furniture store and workshop to scope out what sort of tools he's going to be able to use for this purpose. He's not going to find anything other than what he's expecting, right?]

[Unable to wrest herself from the idea that a trap was sprung involving last night's celebration, Edelgard heads back to the ballroom for cleanup.

[The ballroom is clean! Looks like people did a good job of not leaving the place to be a big mess so it's pretty tidy and ready for another party.

Nothing is really weird about it though!]

[ The ingredients are cooler and a walk might help these nicotine withdrawals so how are the palace kitchens looking? ]

[ Well...you can't get into the palace kitchens because there's a blockade in the doorway of kitchen furniture. So much for a good morning? ]

Morning, everyone... [She gives a sleepy greeting to anyone who happens to be in the lounge. Considering the party last night, maybe she should go help clean up.

Besides...she has the distinct feeling that fate is just waiting to reveal its hand.]

[ The dungeon is as dark and grim as it always is, but hey that might be a comfort? ]

Ahahahaha, now we're really getting started!!!! I have to know, was it the party that really got everyone into a killing mood? You don't need to answer that!

Onto business: Samidare Asahina is dead. So here's how it's gonna go. You have a few hours to poke around and be the best lil' detectives you can be! If you don't want to? I'm not gonna force you, but either way we're meeting for trial afterwards. How else would we decide who gets to meet the pointed blade of justice?
