The first chapter was over. The stakes and mechanics of the system you're in have been shown to their full extent, and regardless of how you feel about the Samidare and Zola's deaths, the story must go on.

Clean-up is done with a perfection that'd make you wonder if there ever was a murder on that rooftop in the residential district. Everything is spotless and repaired, making it look like nothing ever happened. If it wasn't for the absence of two people among your number, you'd think it had all been a bad dream. But it wasn't. The brutality of the incident and the execution make that plainly clear.

Now, with the opening of a new week, something else opens. Lands beyond the area you spent seven days in. What will the new week bring? Will it be another murder?

[He's definitely going to look through them, then!! What a kind offer... For the most part he's more interested in rings, but occasionally he eyes some of the bracelets and necklaces with a curious expression.]

Your craftsmanship is quite remarkable! Not that I thought you were lying, but it's very impressive! Have you made any brooches?

[He's looking through the jewelry again until he finds what he's looking for - a necklace and a ring, but it's the gemstones he's interested in.]

In colors close to these, preferably! And a bit smaller than my own brooch.

[I'm sure you don't need to guess to know that the colors are red and a peridot/light green.]

[It's not like he's trying to rush Suga or stare over his shoulder to make sure everything's done to his specifications, it's because he's really bored and he has never seen anyone make jewelry before.]

[He'll be hard at work shaping the stones, getting the metal to fit perfectly and putting all the pieces together. He'll probably forget Yeager is there after a bit.]

[That's perfectly fine! He isn't going to distract Suga by asking questions or pestering him, he'll instead be sitting over here watching. He's admittedly pretty fidgety today, but as long as Suga can tune that out easily then there will be no distractions here! It really is fascinating to see someone so skilled at this go; it's not something Yeager ever really thought about before, but the process is very interesting to watch.]

[After some time, he finishes the first of the pair, the red one. He worked especially hard on it knowing it would be for someone he knew, so it's definitely flawless.]

I hope so as well. They're very resilient and they'll be just fine on their own, but I would prefer to get back to them soon.

Sixteen, so they're certainly able to handle themselves!

Does it help or hurt if I tell you that children regularly join guilds? I know of at least one who is... thirteen? Twelve? Somewhere in there. Droite and Gauche are among some of the strongest members of my guild.

I personally wouldn't allow him to join my guild, but it's not like I make the rules for everyone else!

[The guilds are just Like This, Suga. Please don't ask him why because he literally has no idea.]

The forest behind my village has a spirit who targets children
