Almost half of the non-fairy population of Aira Niluc is gone.

Some may be feeling the absence of their fellow participants in this story. Others will stay focused on the wish they want to get. What never changes is that the story goes on, bringing you closer to the end -- and to another chapter. What will it bring this time?

Snow!

Snow as far as the eye can see, a cold blanket covering the new area. Some winter amenities are now available, ready for perusal! But that's not all there's to find: everyone also will find reminders of their homes, of people they know, of happier times.

[ She jumps when she hears Tenn pull the shirt off the rack, like she just woke up from a bad dream. The quiet anger hasn't quite left her expression yet, but when she sees him coming up, it quickly fades. She looks back at the partially shattered mirror, for a moment, seeing that whoever was in there was gone.

She opens her mouth to protest, that she's fine, but she decides that it's probably not worth the grief of having to argue with him, so she nods and gingerly gives Tenn her hand. It looks... actually kind of okay for someone who just punched a mirror, but there's still some pretty serious cuts. ]

[ Good idea, because Tenn would've been incredibly insistent on getting that wrapped up. It's not the best bandage, but it should help with the bleeding somewhat. He takes her hand and carefully wraps the fabric around it; he learned how to do this from the time he had to help Junko after Zola's execution. Thankfully, Morgan's injuries are much shallower, and he doesn't feel as nauseous looking at them as he did when he saw Junko's.

He frowns, eyes trained on his hands as they move around her palm. ]

You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to.

[amortristis]

[ She stands there quietly for a moment, hissing under her breath as she opens her hand enough for him to be able to wrap it. ]

... how much did you see?

[ She wasn't exactly paying attention to anyone else in the shop, clearly. ]

None of it.

[ He sounds honest about it, too. ]

I only noticed something was going on because of the sound of the mirror shattering.

[amortristis]

[ She nods. It'd seem weird for him to lie, anyway. ]

I just happened to see someone I haven't seen in awhile. It just caught me by surprise.

[ That's putting it mildly, but okay. ]

[incompletely]

I see.

[ ...Hm. He's going to continue wrapping the cloth around her injury, and he finally gets to securing it with a knot. ]

We've all been seeing some surprises. I'm sure not all of them are pleasant.

[ A little sigh as he finishes wrapping her hand up, then: ]

I'll take you to the apothecary.

[amortristis]

[ She pulls her hand back with a small nod of acknowledgement. ]

I suppose not. Though I hope yours are... easier.

[ He continues, and she frowns. ]

Are you sure? I don't... mind taking care of it myself.

[ Like. She really doesn't want to worry Tenn. Boy's got enough on his mind. ]
