Almost half of the non-fairy population of Aira Niluc is gone.

Some may be feeling the absence of their fellow participants in this story. Others will stay focused on the wish they want to get. What never changes is that the story goes on, bringing you closer to the end -- and to another chapter. What will it bring this time?

Snow!

Snow as far as the eye can see, a cold blanket covering the new area. Some winter amenities are now available, ready for perusal! But that's not all there's to find: everyone also will find reminders of their homes, of people they know, of happier times.

Actually, I almost thought I'd be troubling you by asking. You're so funny sometimes...but trust me when I say I don't mind. I don't think you could really trouble me too much today.

[ He's absolutely amused, though. He's also glad Yeager accepted it. Sure he's not anticipating it will be 100% a great time because he does want to chat about what they saw for a bit. But he doesn't want to just stew in his anger after that, even if he's going to be for a bit anyway, and he doesn't want to do it all alone.

And there's the exit! Once they breach it, Huaisang nearly drops to his feet out of mental exhaustion, but chooses to express his relief another way, pumping his hands into the cold air. ]

We're finally free! That really DID feel like took several hours of my time, in retrospect. But, you know, my feet really do feel sooo tired too...though trust me when I say I'm still fine with speedwalking all the way back!

[Sweet freedom... Finally we made it out... Yeager laughs at that and waves a hand.]

Well, it could have been worse! We could have gotten frostbite!

At least they can go and talk in a nice, warmer place without being traumatized, though. Maybe that's the silver lining, for as long as that lasts. ]
