TRIAL IV
Trial IV
The story presses onward as you gather in this now familiar "courtroom" to deliberate the deaths of two more of your number. By now there's more space for everyone with the population dwindling down to twenty, and by this weekend's end it will dip ever further. But maybe in a time like this more space is needed, though one most always be mindful of the clock.
Adora and Norton Campbell are dead, and the price must be repaid.
[OOC NOTE: Please keep in mind the only mod run checks are those that directly involve a piece of evidence found during the investigation. Those checks that involve player participation will rely on each player's willingless to partake in the check, for the sake of keeping IC choices intact]

It seems the lounge was in terrible disarray, regardless of what happened between herself and her killer. Was there something in particular that she could have fallen over...?
Perhaps the chair, or the cushion...
[Okay maybe not the cushion but y'know.]

Could it have been possibly caused by a knife because it was used as a shield?

[Did. Did Adora have a kitchen knife. How many people have kitchen knives now. Are we just a collective Zola at this point.]

[Thoughtful but also a little uncertain.]
Though given everything else, I'm not sure what sort of fight it would have been, still.

Understood! It was simply by force of habit, I'm afraid.

Understood. Just try not to do so again.
