Some days are long and some days are short. If this wasn't the third week of your stay, perhaps you might think that exhaustion had crept in from Wednesday's nights activities. But you know better than that by now.

Consciousness comes to you groggily, perhaps uncomfortably depending where you were when sleep suddenly took hold of you. While the world stands on the verge of awakening as the horizon blazes with a fiery glow, the sky remains a navy blue where you are.

The time is 5:00 AM. You could return to your slumber, but do you really think third time's the charm?

[Well, candy land's useless so Rika is going to check here. What's going on here?]

[ From an immediate glance? Not much. But the mod header says there's stuff to be found here, so she should probably take a closer look around. ]

[Hm. Rika is going to investigate the selection of herbs to see if anything looks messed with.]

If not the factory, then that spill could have been something here...

[ The herbs look about as you would expect them to, but nearby them in the equipment area is a mortar and pestle that looks strangely, clean? ]

[Interesting. Rika is gonna pick them up. Is there any evidence of the mortar and pestle being recently washed? Or having an odd smell on it?]

[ There's no odd smell to it! While it doesn't have any soap residue and it's dry, just by looking at the other mortar and pestles here, this one in particular looks much cleaner. ]

[That's definitely enough for Rika to suspect it of being previously used! Any, Rika is gonna take a gander at the weird jars in this apothecary to see if anything else looks interesting.]

[ The weird jars of baubles look untouched, but there's something slightly off about the jars that hold more practical use. ]

[A-ha! What secrets do you hold, practical jars?]

[ Well it's kinda off that two are pushed the back? The labels on them read "strychnos toxifera". ]

[Looks like someone's been having a toxife-relationship with these jars!

[ Completely empty. ]

[That can only mean bad things!

Time to check the bandage area, just to be thorough.]
