That seems incredibly likely, yes.

I think I would have almost been taken by her the first time if Jack didn't pull me away. And he did throw food at her to no avail, so yes. She just feeds on people and acts nice.

...But she couldn't leave the fountain or the darkness from where she came from. That would be easier, wouldn't it?
