FINAL CHAPTER
Final Chapter
Like the secrets that spilled out into the open, the night sky above Aira Niluc also seems to be running free; whatever part of the land you find yourself in at night, you'll find that the night sky has been painted with shooting stars. Watching them brings a certain comfort, the feeling of chicken soup on a cold winter day, the nostalgia of meeting an old friend again, a warm fuzzy feeling from your core.
A boost to your spirits is likely welcome at this point, and it seems be the only thing Aira Niluc has to offer you at this as no new locations open up to you this week. There's a certain energy in the air, but not all of that can be blamed on the shooting stars, given the explosion that happened this weekend. For now the chasm in what was once the fountain remains impassable, but who knows when that will change?
[[Welcome to Week 6! Feel free to make top levels at your discretion, and remember to note it in your header if you plan on investigating any locations. However, please try to keep investigations to Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday! You can also privately contact Hamelin at your leisure through Wednesday of this week.
Also, please note the shop's discount on magnifying glasses! ]]

If anyone stops by, he'll look up, putting on a smile in spite of his (probably obvious) anxiousness. ]
It's rather difficult to prepare for something when we have so little idea of what to expect.

[ Maybe he's being overly optimistic, but after everything, he doesn't have it in him to say anything that might drag people down. They need all the hope they can get. ]
Are you working on something?

I certainly hope so.
[ It probably is baseless optimism, but it's sort of encouraging to hear anyway. ]
I've been copying down parts of the profiles, for one, in case we lose access to this place at some point... Regardless of what ends up happening, I don't want to forget any important details about anyone.
[ That isn't the page he's working on at this moment, but it's here. ]

[ That's...really sweet, actually. Tenn gives him a little smile. ]
How do you think you'd like to remember some of the people here?

So instead he'll just slide in next to him and slip an arm around him for a squeeze (it's not as if they need to hide this anymore) as he leans to peer at those papers over Phil's shoulder... some things never change, it seems.]
You gotta admit that's half of what we've been doing lately back at home, too.

I considered that, but at least I'm well-versed in our world's physics, and we know who our enemy is, for the most part... and I can always use mirristry to quickly work through almost any problem. There are many more unknowns in our present situation here.
Not that it's going to stop me, of course.
[ But... he's not going to be naive about the fact that there's a lot more room for things to go wrong. ]

That's what I'm here for, right? If it comes down to combat, you can just stand back and leave that part to me. You know I've got that.
[But there's also the issue that he's going to need to hold back here, as without mirristry, Phil can't heal him, much less resummon him should the worst happen.
It's galling how helpless that makes him feel right now, in truth, so on that Phil is most assuredly not alone.]
