...Very well.

They were recruited into the Knights shortly after the war. The Great War claimed many lives; our numbers were low, and I admit that I wasn't well, after all of that - it took its toll.

They were mostly commoners, whereas the knights before were mostly nobility; they...helped me a great deal in getting through that period of time. They were dedicated to helping people - to rebuilding the Empire, and to seeing through our dreams for the future. They were largely unburdened by the Council and their opinions on them; I usually tried to keep them from knowing how chaotic everything was in that regard, as our relations with the Council itself were poor.

But they were very bright, very diligent people. We all held the same ideals - we wanted to help the Empire, to save it from the corruption it was mired in and allow everyone in it to prosper. They were...very important to me.
