[Oh, great, the new area's covered in snow. It's better than the desert, but Yeager takes one look at this and sighs very loudly. He considers spending all week doing anything else, but finally heads off to go pick up some better clothes from the boutique for dealing with this. He'd greatly prefer not to freeze to death, thanks!!
Most of the new locations don't really hold his interest for long, which makes this seem like a wasted trip - at least until he wanders into the ice maze. If you've also entered and are wandering around, you'll likely come across Yeager at some point. He holds up a hand in greeting and cheerfully asks:]
Do you think we'll ever find our way back out?
[........he's definitely lost. Guess who didn't try to keep track of where he was going and just assumed it'd work out for him!!!
Though while he's horribly lost in here, he's also going to investigate just to see if there's anything particularly weird left behind here!! Starting from the eldritchy location, does it seem like there's anything off about this section compared to the others aside from the weird decorations?
Anyway, adventures in snow land were sort of a bust, so Yeager heads back to change and then off to Onigashima. Come join him for some of the games if you want! He's not particularly interested in the prizes, but he definitely enjoys the shooting games and will almost always score very well at them. When he notices your presence, Yeager will wave you over.]
So, which of these locations do you like the most so far? We have quite the odd selection of places to spend our time, ja?
[Eventually he does end up getting bored, so after grabbing a snack he wanders off to the archery range! He's been by here a few times, but it's not like he can practice with his own weapon, so... After a little bit of consideration, he finally picks up a bow to examine it. It's not long before Yeager's trying it out - you can find him shooting at a target with a lot more skill than someone who just picked up a bow for the first time would have. His movements are slower and less precise than his usual weapon; it's like he's rusty rather than just copying what he's seen other people do. He's very focused as he shoots; feel free to come watch or bother him, he's not particularly opposed to company, but he does seem less cheerful than usual today.]
investigation!
