The number of murders increased in the span of one week, and so did the number of deceased people. Four people dying in the span of a week is a noticeable change, reducing your numbers to 25. Though the bakery has been cleaned up and fixed back to the state it was in originally, now that the specter of murder has fully settled in, perhaps some of those currently alive wonder how many will be around at the end of the new week.

It's fortunate now everybody can ponder it with a colorful change of scenery. Despite the situation everyone has been in, the world around them were plausible, even perhaps mundane to some extent. The scenery that unfolds beyond a canyon to the east drives home a point:

You're in a world far perhaps, beyond your wildest imagination.

It's a land of sweets. Wherever you look you can see something that's both full of sugar and joy. You could reach anywhere and you could get something that will make your mood soar and your day get better! After all, there's something for everyone! What wonders will you find if you search hard enough? This is a paradise for a sweet tooth! The sight, though, may make one question pop up:

Will this candy land be dirtied with blood? Only time will tell.

[ He goes to fetch the pancakes, a bottle of syrup, some butter and utensils, and he eventually returns to Suga with a nice place of pancakes. ]

I couldn't heat them up as much as I wanted to, but here you go.

[ Oh, right. Tenn sees the difficulty and starts slicing them up for him, Small pieces seems best. Butter comes next, and then he grabs the syrup. ]

Tell me when to stop.

[ He starts pouring it. Suga, do you like your pancakes really sweet...! ]

[He holds a hand up pretty soon. Only a little syrup, please!]

[ He nods and does, indeed, give Suga only a little. He might've gone a tad overboard but eh, it'll do...he hopes... ]

I'm glad that you enjoy the food I prepare for you. I hope the pancakes are good, too.

[ A nod, and a smile in his direction. It turns a little soft, though. ]

If something bad happened to you today, you wouldn't have had these pancakes. So... I'll continue to make meals for you, Suga-san, so you always have something to look forward to.

[Ah. He feels guilty about that, and it shows on his face.]

Compared to home, there are lots of things to look forward to here
Even just getting to talk to people is wonderful

[ Hmm. Tenn's smile stayed leveled despite Suga's shift in expression. ]

Then hold on to those things that you cherish so much. There are things to look forward to, even in the face of despair -- it's okay to lose sight of that sometimes, but it's important to be able to look back on those things and use them as reasons to keep moving forward.

[ It's why he's still standing here, smiling at Suga, despite everything that's happened. While the pain hasn't gone away -- and it probably never will -- Tenn can at least try his best to be okay because of the people here. Because of Riku's memory. ]

[It's not that. All the pancakes in the world, and the kindness of the people here, and the way Yor and Tenn still smile, all of those things - he hasn't earned them. He doesn't know what he can do to earn them.

But Suga doesn't know how to express all of that, so instead he just writes:]
