[ Thankfully, Tenn is more cooperative than even he thought he'd be. He holds onto the note in his hand and remembers that in order to solve this, they should...probably investigate Riku's body, yeah.

He hates everything about this, but Marcus and Yor are right. Tenn forces himself to stand up and slowly, reluctantly lets go of Riku's hand. ]

...Are you...going to examine the body?

Phil is going to help with that.

[As far as he knows, Tenn trusts Phil, so the name should be something of a reassurance, at least. He's just going to keep that hand on Tenn's shoulder as he slowly, gently steers him away from the body, placing himself in between to block the view.

If Tenn wants to punch him or hug him or just cry? He won't say a word.]

[ He nods. He doesn't know Phil well but...looks like McGillis is going to help too, so with two people, he feels a little better about this.

Marcus is a huge help right now, though. Tenn is grateful for the shield; he doesn't know Marcus well, but he hopes he won't mind if Tenn just puts his forehead on Marcus' shoulder and cries for a bit. ]

[He won't mind at all. This is the very least he can do, and in fact he'll just sort of rub Tenn's back while he cries in an attempt to calm him down a little.]

[ After a few moments of this, Tenn finally starts to calm down, and he pulls out that paper he'd been holding onto again. It's folded and slightly wrinkled, but he holds it out towards Marcus. ]

When you guys are done...can you...leave this with him? Please. I...wasn't sure if he'd ever need to read it...but I guess he can't now.

Yeah, I'll take care of it.

[He'll take it, tucking it into the inner breast pocket of his own jacket for the time being. A symbolic gesture more than anything else-- he'll keep it safe until he gets a chance to leave it with Riku's body, and he'll make sure that happens.

He would want someone to do the same thing for him and Phil, after all.]
