[There's a table with some chairs and a dresser in the room, but they're at the end of the room and pretty far away from where Gin's body lays. There's no obvious damage around in general, but it's a decently empty and spacious room to begin with, so. Gin also has a thin gash through his left sleeve although his clothes are black and his sleeves are baggy, so it's hard to tell much about that at a glance.
It's a big puddle! Maybe it stretches about a foot away from Gin's head? But honestly, all you need to know is it's a pretty big pool.
There's no blood in Echo House B! So assuming William does this and runs over to check there, he won't see anything. The texture of the flour on the sandals would be the same. Re: floatiness, you do mean he's going to pick some from the sandals and yell at Adora to tell him what's up on the other side or...?
There's definitely quite of bit of flour compressed onto the sandals but there's also a fair amount right around Gin's body. They're not in giant clumps or anything like what you'd use to soak up vomit--the clumps are pretty small and just randomly mixed in with the blood. There's generally more flour around Gin's body, kind of like a faint and inconsistent outline. Flour to blood is like 1:10 or something.
