And so, the confusion and turmoil of yesterday's events end as the sun sinks beneath the horizon, leaving the world silent as brilliant stars glimmer and twinkle in the night sky.

However, this only signals the beginning of a new chapter as the game starts in earnest. As the day begins anew, there are a couple of noticeable changes in the area for those who care to venture beyond their bedrooms. First off is the new additions to the second-floor lounge—what was once bare wall is now adorned with large, grandiose paintings of... well, all of you. Much like an art museum, underneath each portrait is a small plate that features some information about the subject, although some of it may or may not include some not-so-innocuous tidbits about your fellow guests.

The second change, thankfully, is far less invasive. Butterfly-winged fairies now flit around out in the open, and while there aren't that many flying around, there's enough of them that they're not too hard to catch sight of as they go about their business. The storekeeper fairy has also made their appearance in the General Store, so guests are free to make all the special orders they want, provided they can afford it.

The weather is pleasant as the sun shines down on them from the blue skies, with only the occasional puffy cumulus cloud drifting about lazily. It's calm, but you know what they say about that and storms. So, how will you start this story?

Um... Actually, most of the people I've spoken with so far seem to be pleasant. It seems to me like many people are working hard together despite our circumstances.

I'm finding the same. The fact that I was able to set this up with the help of others really is evidence of most people wanting to have fun. Which I think is important right now.

Yes... As the week goes on, I'm sure people are feeling more tense.

[Though it's hard to really blame anyone, circumstances being what they are.]

Mhm. Well, I don't think I'll get everyone to completely relax, but it'd definitely be a lot of people.

Plus, if more of us are together, it would be difficult to get away with anything.

That's a rather good point. Though, let's leave aside those worries for now.

I just want everyone to enjoy themselves tonight. Anyway, how about telling me something you like to do for fun at parties? Or in general?

Well... I don't usually attend parties... and when I'm not working, I spend most of my time with my family...

Oh, does this mean you go on outings with your family sometimes? Also, how big is it?

Yes! There's myself, my husband, our daughter, and our dog.

[biyishuangfei]

Can you tell me about them? Like, what are they like?

[laytorest]

Well, Loid is a psychiatrist at the hospital, and Anya is his daughter from his first marriage. She's only six, but she loves her papa and she's very sweet and hard working! We got a dog recently, too. Anya named him Bond, and it's like they're best friends already.

[There's an obvious fondness as she talks about them.]

[ D'aw. There's the silver lining to asking about family! ]

It sounds to me like your daughter has a tight bond with the dog.

[ D'oh ho ho ho. ]

Anyway, they sound pleasant, but I'm not surprised. You clearly are fond of them, and family's always nice to have.
