The injuries to her front are limited to the small cuts on her shoulders and the one on her cheek, which are honestly pretty superficial. The red discoloration from livor mortis is all over her front side as well.
With regards to the blood staining the sheet, there's a large stain over her stomach area and quite a bit of blood where the leg gashes meet the cloth as well. There's smaller areas that just seem to have gotten stained just by being in the vicinity of the wounds, so that's probably not surprising either.]
